The Camp U of T experience
Research shows that kids who have fun while participating in physical activity are more likely to stay active and healthy for life! Camp U of T is committed to helping campers develop physical literacy skills through our programs. We know that fundamental movement and sport skills provide an essential foundation for campers to become more confident in participating in physical activity. With 28 camp programs available for children, ages 4 to 16, Camp U of T offers a broad range of experiences and opportunities to try new things, make new friends and learn new ways to enjoy sport, recreation, and play.
Conveniently located on the University of Toronto's downtown campus, campers have access to world-class facilities and a quality of instruction unmatched by other camps. Campers enjoy access to world-class facilities including Varsity Stadium and Arena, Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport, the Athletic Centre and Back Campus Fields.
Camp U of T is operated by the University's Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education and as a result, offers a high quality of instruction and program creativity. Sport instructors include senior Kinesiology and Physical Education students and members of U of T’s intercollegiate teams. Mini-university instructors are senior undergraduate or graduate students in education or the field of study in which they are instructing. All of our staff members are committed to providing campers with the experience of a lifetime.
